Purpose

Removes all records marked as deleted from the server.

Return Value

lSuccessA logical value to indicate if the deleted records were removed or not.
TRUEThe deleted records were removed.
FALSEThe deleted records could not all be removed.

Description

After successful execution the server sends a NotifyFileChange message.
