Purpose
The height of the column caption in pixels.

Description
bBrowserColumn:CaptionHeight defines the height of column caption in pixels.
If the access bBrowser:AutoCaptionHeight contains the value TRUE, then the height of column caption is calculated with the method bBrowserColumn:CalculateHeightOfCaption(). Otherwise the height is defined with the access bBrowser:CaptionHeight.
With the access bBrowserColumn:CaptionVisible the column caption can be hidden.
