Purpose
The cell at which the cell group starts.

Description
bCellGroupItem:StartCell defines the upper left cell at which the cell group starts. With this access and the access bCellGroupItem:EndCell the area of the whole cell group is defined.
Important note!
If the option BCGIO_ABSOLUTEPOSITION is defined in the access bCellGroupItem:Options, then the the cell is absolute otherwise relative to the parent cell group.
